Rental Terms & Conditions

  • One week minimum rentals. Incremental days may be added on a per day rate.

  • Deposit due: 50% upon booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival date (including tax).
    Nonrefundable unless residence can otherwise be rebooked, in which case a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Payment options accepted are personal check drawn on a US bank, or US Dollars money order or cash.  Wire transfer can also be arranged if you are outside of the USA ($35 bank charge for incoming transfers will apply). Credit cards are also welcome. A 4% administration fee will apply to all credit card payments.

  • WiFi is available in both the Main House and Casita at no extra charge

  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

  • This home is a non-smoking residence.

  • No children under 12, please.

  • Professional management of the residence Guavaberry Spring Bay on Virgin Gorda.
